This just makes me wonder, What did we Ever do to NewYork that they have to be such pains about reciprocating with us on just about everything? I know they also dont like our law Enforcement slipping into their state either.theres no reciprocity there either like we have with Ma & RI.But yet we get stuck with all their morons on Candlewood,Rocky Neck,etc.
