Westinghouse, has no wheels, after the last flood due to a washing machine
I no longer allow these kind of appliances in the apartments.

Its in great shape.

I got screwed when the renters insurance would not cover the flood
caused by the washer on the second floor.

The insurance claimed it wasn't the tenants fault because the sensor broke............. fukin asswhipes....if I could just get my hands around the pomppas asss neck that did the claim, I'd squeeze so hard his friggen eyes would pop out.......................

So All you Landlords Beware!!!

Tenant moved and left it behind, gotta go quick or I'm taking it to the dump.
