I must ask this question; why do bioligists here and all around the country when a slot limit is set in place,we who may or not know the DEEP want the small ones harvested...would it be that difficult to say "lake xyz " needs some culling....is it politacally incorect now ?are we to "infer" this is what they want? Implied.?
