PaulCT Member Registered: 04/16/05 Posts: 157 Loc: Central CT	I was told today that you need a Ct Trout Stamp to fish any CT waters that are stocked . Is that true even if you are not fishing for trout ? Example would be fishing Candlewood for bass ,do you need the stamp ? TX
