I fish the Cape Cod bay quite often throughout the summer months starting in Late May early June - primarily based out of Wellfleet (family house) or Orleans/Rock Harbor (buddy's house). I never leave my small Whaler at home so, unless I'm strictly doing chores, I have access to the water and as long as the wind is less than 15 MPH I'm on the water!
