Tn has issues with wild bobwhite populations.it is extremely complicated.private land/ public land mngmnt.Wild quail require hundreds of acres of basically undisturbed or maintained with proper seed producing plants.then you have the ground predation issue,racoons,posums ,fox etc.a ton of hawks,owels...its a bitch out there....but i digress.heard my 1st bobwhites this morning.off/ on...not a lot but enough to get my attention.large..500 acres or more of untilled or semi ungrazed land are required.we have that all around us...and no fire ants.promising....
