I know it is a Court problem, and not a DEEP issue, but for the life of me, I can't see how people with this type of record are still out putting the general public in harms way. In this case, the above mentioned individual, with all of these prior arrests, was still out free, putting our friends and families at risk while under the influence, reckless driving, and without insurance, or proper registration. WTF?
