OK, the report is finally up. There are a ton of pictures and videos. I tried doing the whole thing here last night but got 3/4 of the way through it and lost it all. I started over this morning and it's on my web site... Click here http://fishingct.com/blog

Blaine - no pictures of a hook in Lee's finger this time - like two years ago. LOL. Nice fish! No trout this year?

Another great trip. Glad the weather improved. Some very impressive fish again.
With the tough weather did you get down the river for brookies?

Those pike are world class! What a place. It looks like the weather was brutal but you did all you could.

Lee stayed away from the hooks this year, but NOT Jimmy! Jimmy's was real bad, we had to take him for the 45 minute boat ride to get the hook cut out. I'll dig up a picture of that lil' fiasco...

No brookies. They were in a severe drought (that ended the day I showed up). Lots of forest fires in the region. The lake was down 4 feet and the river was tough to navigate

Here is a picture of Jimmy's "incident"... Note the barb stuck in the underside of the nail, and point nearly sticking out from under the nail. sick

That is one bad hook-set. I don't even want to know how they got it out.
