If it were me in your situation the junk would somehow show up on front lawn of the first selectman's home. Don't know how it got there confused

The EPA Region 1 for NewEngland is the governing body that regulates landfills. If the town hasn't pulled a permit and received proper authority then they will be forced to clean it up. http://www.epa.gov/NE/

This is CT, you have NO rights, only requirements. Pay outrageous taxes and what other fees/tax the state & or town decides to impose on you. That is why I, am OUT OF HERE, CT can kiss my butt, and, no, I will NOT let the door hit me on the way out!!!!!!!
The next time I come back here will be to have my cats, dogs & my ashes spread in the river in front of my former house.

To all who replied,thank you for your support,I am in direct contact with the DEP.They are sending an inspector.They responded very quickly and I don't think they are not taking this lightly.
