2010 CTFisherman.com Swap Meet

When: Saturday March 12th

Where:
Plainville V.F.W. Hall
7 Northwest Drive
Plainville, CT.

Time: little later this year-9am-4pm/ load in for vendors @8:30

Cost: CTF Member Cost: 1 table (8X4)10$ donation
1/2 table 5$ donation
General Admission: 2$ (kids under 12 free)

Note: proceeds from this event will be used to cover the cost of hall rental. any money collected beyond the hall costs will be added to the CTF Game Dinner donations.

Guidelines

General Admission is open to the entire public, CTF member or not.
Tables, however, can only be purchased in advance by current CTF Members. exceptions to this rule may be granted for members of the Plainville hall, and family members of CTF.

All legal fishing, camping, diving, boating, marine, cooking, photography and outdoor-related material is welcome to be bought, traded, and sold. new, used and locally manufactured products are welcome jointly. services related to outdoor activities (charters, boat work, detailing, reel repair etc...) are welcomed to be offered as well.


Prices/Sales/Trades:
Prices, sales and swap terms are subject to the discretion of the seller(s). Neither myself, nor CTF is responsible for the conditions or arrangements made between buyer/seller/trader. item prices may be marked, or simply negotiated on the spot. its a tag sale, guys. haggling is the whole bit.


ABSOLUTELY NO FIREARMS! please understand the saftey/legal issues involved. i just cant have this on my conscience.

NOTE: last year was a record year in both vendor and door attendance. i expect even more this season. get the checks out early, we may actually run out of tables... ill be advertising on WTIC's tag sale program sundays, and an add in the Courant for 3 weeks or so. local flyers will be at area shops, as well as other websites having notification.
