I have an apple at home and can't upload photos into post. Where it says choose file I click it and nothing happens. I have no problem doing it with the PC with windows at work. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

I just tried it on my Apple and it works just fine, although it's slow.

Here's what I did:

1. Click on the Upload Inline image(s) icon. A new screen will appear.

2. Click the Choose File button in the new screen and a browser screen will appear.

3. Select ONE file you want to upload and click the Choose button. This will put you back into the previous screen and the name of the selected file will appear next to the Choose File button.

4. Click the Add File button. The selected file will appear to the left of the screen, eventually. It may take a while based on your connection speed, CTF traffic, etc. NOTE: you can only add 1 file at a time.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each additional file you want to add.

6. Click on the Done Adding Files button after you've added all the files you want and the added files will appear in the dialog box, wrapped in all sorts of technical code.

I hope this helps.

PS. What OS and browser are you using? I'm using OS X 10.6.7 and Safari 5.0.5

Here is what I did. I went back to PC. Apple... Marketing Geniuses Yes! Supior computers and Phones...No! I will never buy an Apple product again. An apple computer or laptop has a lifespan of 15 to 20 months before it is outdated and your back in an Apple store buying another one.

I would have to say that you are one of the few people that I have heard say this. I worked in the computer field and have a pretty extensive knowledge of computers and can say that no matter what you buy there it will be outdated in 15-20 months compared to new technology but if it still works for you there is no need to replace it. The problem is that the advances Apple makes from year to year are so attractive it is hard not to upgrade but it definitely isnt necessary. I know people that still use Apples that are 10 years old and they still work fine and compete very well with many PC products. The problem with PC's is the software available sucks. Apple hardware and software far exceed any PC on the market. As far as their phones go I have had an Iphone for 4 years now and they blow away every other phone on the market. There are phones that comes out with little gimicks an an attempt to compete but cant match the total package. I know alot of people that have gone from a Droid to an IPhone but I dont know anyone that has gone from an IPhone to a Droid and not went back to the IPhone.

Couldn't of said it better myself! Aside from my newer desktop I have a 6-year old Mac Book Pro running Snow Leopard, updates in all O/S and software have been flawless and it's never rec'd a bug. Maybe a bit slower as it's running a duel core @ 2.16GHz but then again it's an older machine.
