Doesn't need to be perfect, just clean with paperwork so I can register it, no leaks too please. What have you got?

The best (and most humorous) handman tips I ever heard:
1.) A little putty and a little paint will make it what it ain't!
2.) 1 coat for dust and 2 coats for rust!

I know this might be a tough find. I have a 25 hp johnson that would be perfect for this. I thought about a 14 ft, but 16 ft would be better room wise for myself, my buddy Shawn, and his 7 year old son. How hard would it be to convert the motor to a long shaft?

You could always make the transom on the boat set up for a short shaft I have done a few that way

jspina39,
I'm really looking for something in the 16 ft range. Thanks anyway.

FTO,
I like that idea about cutting down the transom, I'll give that some thought. Thanks.
