Turtle soup is quite tastey..., but ooohhhh, what a job preparing it!

Used to be a place up in Otis, MA that catered to hunters during the deer season and they always ran a special on turtle soup.

Tough, tough animals.

Can't imagine filling 50 gallon drums with them! Paul: You certainly grew up in a spectacular area.
