Cost: Donation of $10.00 per person AND everyone must bring a fish or game dish to share. Desserts or salads are always welcomed if you don't have fish or game. Please bring something to share-no food no entrance! No exceptions!
Ticket Info: Game Dinner tickets are going to be sold at the door this year. No mail in due to a low ticket requests the last few years until the night of the dinner
How about bringing the kids? Bring your kids too!! Children under 12 are free! This is a family friendly event!
Not Yet A CTF Member? This event is also open to non CTF members as long as they bring a dish/side dish or desserts to share.
Proceeds: All proceeds from the game dinner will go to support 3 great charities again this year. These charities will be announced shortly
2017 GAME DINNER MENU THREAD Please post what you are bringing. Not "Something" or "Not sure yet" that doesn't tell us anything. This is your chance to show off your culinary skills to our CTF family.
2017 GAME DINNER MEMBER DONATED RAFFLE PRIZES The CTF Game Dinner will once again be showcasing our famous bucket raffles featuring tons of great outdoor products.
We will be featuring great ladies and kids raffles too!
MONSTER BUCKET This year we will once again be doing the Monster Buck-et raffle. Please bring a hunting or fishing item to donate to the Monster Buck-et prize!
Come and Win some great prizes! There definitely will be something for everyone!
We will also accept member donations for prizes, nothing will be refused. Please see the MEMBER DONATED RAFFLE THREAD to list your items. Thanks!
Beverages: Soda, Bottled Water and Coffee will be provided free of charge. Adult beverages will not be sold at the event. BYOB in moderation.
Cooking/Reheating: We have access to a full commercial kitchen, however we prefer that you pre-cook and just reheat. Also bring your crock pots and anything you need for your dish.
Don't delay! Post your food dish and invite your friends who cook. The event is only 6 weeks away and we need everyone's involvement to make this event a huge success again this year!!
Remember to sign up the food item you will be bringing under the "Menu" Thread, and please lend a hand with set up and clean up
This is one of the MUST ATTEND EVENTS of the year!!
