Who's gonna be the first to take the ride south and come back with some BSB? When does it usually turn on?

So...what's the strategy? If you get boarded in NY, claim that you're porgy fishing, and that the seabass in the cooler were caught in CT? Last year, there was a fleet of boats in NY waters in May.

I agree, but that's what shows under the 2017 Regulations, and I can't find anything different anywhere else. Let us know if you find something different.

I'd head west towards Clinton/Westbrook . West has been best during May lately .

"Politically correct" was initially coined by Leon Trotsky to refer favorably to those whose views remained in sync with the ever-shifting Bolshevik Party line. This was important, as "not PC" people risked prison or death.

Ended up at the rocks between Kelsey point and six mile reef. Gorgeous day water was beautiful outside the ct river one little sea robin to show for out there. Water is still 48 degrees!!! Got a little schoolie in the river and a little bugger catfish on some worms. Super windy out still though all in all fun though!
