Same plan Keith, but we are releasing. If you come up short text or call as I may hit a place that could use some culling. They were chewing yesterday.

Nice work. Panfish and the electric filet knife. Now you've got me dreaming of ice

Keith, how does that electric knife work? I have one but have only used it for deheading and fining. Sure would be nice for large quantities if practical...

Conrad,if the blades are kept sharp you can get nice fillets and.carcasses you can see through.a litte practice ,you can still feel the bones, perch are the easiest but they dull up the blades pretty good.we prefer the mister twister knife.strongest motor best blades.

The older we get the more we get back to our roots of bobbers and panfish. Looks like a great feast.

Yes,albeit a bit more refined.the whole balancing act of micro balsa slip floats,1/32 to 1/64 oz lead shot, micro hooks..etc.it was ice fishing without the ice.but none the less it is a primitive and primal way to fish.i have slip float fishing so finely tuned(you should see the boxes) that i have forgotten the simple pleasures ,i think after i retire im going to start making my own,ill never match Thill,s level but i will try ...good point Buck.
