theres a yellow walleye sign posted on the billboard at the launch now,was it stocked or is it a mistake?

Never heard that. I have a buddy that lives on Long pond. Let me check.

they will do well there with the alewives just hope the pickerel dont get them all.funny theres nothing stated in the 2018 law book about them?

Sorry for the delayed response. Yes, we (DEEP Fisheries Div.) stocked walleye for the first time in Long Pond this past October (2017). We stocked 1,635, 5" fish there. Hopefully, we will see legal size fish (18") in another 3-5 years!

thanks tim,thats great,i just hope all the pickerel in there don't get them like rogers lake! uncas lake in nehantic forest would be an excellent place imo for them.
