Anyone familiar with repairing this particular material? Kits available from boat manufacturers appear to be G/Flex 650 epoxy and some sort of matting material.

I'm getting ready to make repairs to some badly banged up canoes that really need some TLC and from what I'm reading this Vinyl/ABS/ABS Foam composite material is a PITA to make repairs to.

it is a used one of the kits it looks like
crap but it is still on after 5 years of heavy use
