1st Tn bass.went to town for a beer run,20 minute drive.im 2 hours early for sunday beer sales,duh.google earthed a pond 10 minutes out of town.1 rod and a grab n go fishing bag.not a posted sign in site,no houses,a abondoned bldg. a gravel road and a old gate basically falling apart.30 casts,3 hits,1 bass.grape culprit,7". ...the bass can only get bigger.
You're hiding out in TN alright, out in the boondocks! I was checking the maps & mileage to visit you two. Take a look at this.
I'm not sure which option is best? Coming from CT (in the winter) the route goes through all the mountain ranges. That means plenty of snow while pulling a trailer - not my top choice! It's at least a day's drive from Myrtle Beach out to your place. It might be better to stop by on the way home?

What time of year,give or take a week are you thinking?we just got the spare bedroom done,yea the smokies are in the way that could be a issue,plenty of room though,sitting on the porch today whacking doves i love it here,doggies welcome in the house...not so sure about you.
We head South in January, after waterfowl season closes in CT. However, considering the route to TN, I'd rather swing by after we've been further South.
