I was told today that you need a Ct Trout Stamp to fish any CT waters that are stocked . Is that true even if you are not fishing for trout ? Example would be fishing Candlewood for bass ,do you need the stamp ? TX

No you only need a trout stamp if you are keeping the trout or if youre in one of the designated trout waters.
