The Squantz Cove state boat launch on Candlewood Lake will be closed for the removal of hazard trees on Monday, May 6. The launch is expected to reopen for Tuesday, May 7. SQUANTZ POND (boat launch closure). The Squantz Pond state boat launch on Squantz Pond is currently closed for the removal of hazard trees. The launch is expected to reopen for Monday, May 6.
