I was blessed to see the sun rise over the river this morning and to throw top waters beneath 2 screaching bald eagles overhead.
I coaxed 6 smallies to eat on top.
Nothing huge today, but a fun start to the day.
First wet wading of the year (except for the crotch leak in my waders I discovered a few weeks ago).

The water is still up and was a little off colored and quite a bit of wood coming down river. Must be flowing hard in Holyoke.

This was one of the better ones of the trip.
