Does anyone know the correct name for this three way plastic sleeve or where to purchase any? Any help will be appreciated Thanks Guys

Think I found it. Looks like either fish tank tube connector, or emt tube connector.

Thanks O-Bass but that's for 3/4" pipe. I have looked at the fish tank connectors but they'er made out of a soft plastic and these are hard.

This is actually for a three way rig designed for fishing and the ID is only 1/8". I had a few at one time but don't remember where I got them.
