I believe black seabass is the best tasting fish in LIS. As such, I like to utilize the KISS,(Keep It Simple Stupid),method when I get my hands on some.
Simply melt a stick of butter in the microwave and blend into panko bread crumbs.
Top your fillets with the buttery crumbs and splash with any white wine.
Bake this at 350 for about 30 minutes, depending on thickness.
Finish under the broiler to brown it up for 2 or 3 minutes before serving.
I served this with a kale salad and steamed zucchini and cauliflower sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning.

I agree Seabass are my favorite in L.I.S......and about of any fish anywhere.
