We never had it at all on Ball Pond, we do water testing multiple times during the spring through the fall. I think that Highland Lake probably has better water quality than Ball Pond too.

Lake was still up as Jon P. indicated. Launching and taking out was not a problem. Water was dropping, so it won't be long before launching bigger boats will be a problem. Fishing was tough, tough, tough....for bass. Only a couple of shorts. But, pickeral, oh yes. lots and lots, including one that was 3-4 pounds. Weird looking though, had an extreme hump back with a big belly. Must have had it's back broken at some point. Not a good day for bass, but it was still good to be on the water. Air temp started at 45, ended above 60. Not much wind.
