Took a quick trip out to find fiddle heads and found quite a few that are perfect size. Some are already too open to pick.
having some for dinner and blanching and freezing the rest.

My wife loves fiddleheads.
Does anyone have any for sale?

Never collected them, but love them. NICE!!!!!

I always think I should find some spots for them, but I let life get in the way.

Been picking them and eating for years. Have a secret spot.

If there are fish to catch. I'll be there to my end.

When I was in Vietnam, had a young troop that would tell me he couldn't wait to get back to Maine and eat some fiddleheads. I didn't know what he was talking about. It was completely out of my mind until now I see your post/pix. Amazing how things stay in the brain.
