I took a ride in the mid morning to revisit a pond I haven’t fished in 20 plus years. Just poked along and found 5-6 small openings that allowed me to cast. I focused on the shade lines and managed 2 decent ones and a few shorts. As I came out of the woods I heard someone yell “Is someone fishing down there?” I think I surprised him when I said “Yes, Me”. He was cool about me fishing and was just concerned because my truck had been parked there for 3 hrs and he wanted to be sure I wasn’t hurt. He said he stays out of the woods because of the bears and was wondering if one had got a hold of me. Lol I thanked him for his concern and appreciated his looking out for my well being. So many people live life with blinders on and only think of themselves. It was refreshing to see someone care for others safety.
