don, I got a call from kevin last night telling me what you and fellow members had done for him. I think that was truly an awesome thing you guys did. kevin is a very good friend of mine and he was very choked up last night. Last year Kevin took me Bass fishing at his favorite spot. The first fish I caught that day was a 43 pounder. back at the dock I mentioned to kevins father that I have to show kevin how to catch big bass. I was put in my place by Mr. Bova being told that kevin needs help from no one to show him how to catch big bass. Kevin and his father had a truly special father- son relationship and kevin learned from the best. Ps. don, kevin mentioned you do some off shore fish'n and maybe you can join kevin and myself for a trip to the edge this year. Sincerly,

Don, Great job! I just got off the phone with my cousin Kevin and he is still in awe of this act of kindness. My uncle Ron was not only a great fisherman, but a great man. He was one of my dad's five brothers and one of twelve kids. Having a very close relationship with my own dad I can only imagine what it must be like for Kevin. There is not a time I go to the boat yard to fish or pick the traps that I don't think of my uncle. Hunting is more of my passion , but I was always amazed at how Kevin and Ron would come back to the dock with BIG fish. All the guys at CTFISHERMAN should know how much this means to Kevin and I hope everyone involved has something great happen to them this year. JB

Hearing the stories and seeing photos of the mount make me very happy to have contributed.
Kevin was kind enough to thank each of those who contributed, a very classy move considering the number of people who chipped in.

Great job Don P!
