CT HIP permit is not on the mail in form as an option to obtain the refund. Also the the state duck stamp does not print out with the new 2011 license. Thanks

Though I am sure you know this, just as a reminder to all of us, keep your old 2010 license on you, the duck stamp is valid from 7/1/2010 through 12/31/2011 so your duck stamp from last year is good this year too. Good point, the duck stamp should print out on the new 2011 license as it is still current, probably some kind of programming glitch.
Make sure you have your old (2010) license with you for your duck stamp. They switched it to calendar year effective this year, that's why it's good for 18 months (if you bought one last year).
If you buy one now it will expire 12/31/11.
The HIP is not a license, that's why it was not on the mail in form. It's a separate permit that you can still get online. The HIP was not included in the fee increases last spring.
