Now that CT is in a regional situation for fluke regs, is there still going to be an "Enhanced Shoreline" opportunity for these species in 2014?

I've read the Bible...Jesus wins.

Just got this from the Director of Marine Fisheries:

Yes we will still have the enhanced shore sites. NY and NJ are both considering doing their own programs at a small scale. NJ is thinking about trying one site. NY I doubt will do anything but are keeping their options open.

Website has also been updated: http://www.ct.gov/deep/cwp/view.asp?a=2696&q=514534&deepNav_GID=1647

Loc: CT. Got a problem with that?
I think its a great program, I wish they would expand to striped bass, like 1 at 22".

If you chase two rabbits, you will not catch either one.

100% agree with this - I C&R most stripers but I'd love to be able to legally keep a smaller (more delicious) one now and then!

They have! You can get a voucher for a smaller fish. I forget the size, but it was one at greater then 24" with the voucher I think.
