2019 CT DEEP-approved ice-fishing tournaments

The first schedule of the year is now out:

Bait store told me there is a tournament on Silver Lake tmr I don’t see it on the list?
I was under the impression you needed to pull a permit?
Anybody know if there is really a tournament there tmr?

Possible DEEP left it off the list by mistake, or it was a last-minute addition after they already sent out the list.
