I wanted to let you know that we will be holding the 2016 CTF Game Dinner & Tackle Sale on Saturday April 2nd!

Tackle sale? What happened to the swapping meeting?

All you swapped there last year was spit. You were supposed to be selling stuff...

Whoa, I may be back from Florida by then. That is the first April dinner ever.

We had a choice of March 2nd or April 2nd so we went with April.
It's closer to opening day, after show season and people should really turn out all day for the tackle swap/sale run by Obass.

I hope you can make it Buck!

Opening day of what? There won't be a trout season this year.

(I do like the date, however.)

That's a much better date for me. I like the fact it's after the show season!

Plainville V.F.W. Hall
7 Northwest Drive
Plainville, CT.

Time: 9am-3pm/ load in for vendors @8:30

Cost: 1 table (8X4)10$
General Admission: 3$ (kids under 10 free)


Note: proceeds from this event will be used to cover the cost of hall rental. any money collected beyond the hall costs will be added to the CTF Game Dinner donation towards this years designated charity(s).

Guidelines

General Admission is open to the entire public, CTF member or not.
Vendors must have a registered CTFisherman.com account prior to being signed up. TABLES ARE SOLD ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS, WITH SUBSCRIBERS RECIEVING FIRST PRIORITY.


All legal fishing, camping, diving, boating, marine, cooking, photography and outdoor-related material is welcome to be bought, traded, and sold. new, used and locally manufactured products are welcome jointly. services related to outdoor activities (charters, boat work, detailing, reel repair etc...) are welcomed to be offered as well.

Prices/Sales/Trades:
Prices, sales and swap terms are subject to the discretion of the seller(s). Neither myself, nor CTF is responsible for the conditions or arrangements made between buyer/seller/trader. item prices may be marked, or simply negotiated on the spot. its a tag sale, guys. haggling is the whole bit.

What a great day from start to finish. Picked up some great stuff at The Tackle Swap and had some fantastic food, lots of laughs, and fishing talk at the game dinner. It doesn't get much better than that. Thanks to all who helped make both events great.

Did more volume in sales than ever before, so once again thanks for hosting Obamabass! I heard a good bit of chatter that most people preferred to have the swap late Feb. early March. Not complaining, just food for thought...

Was a good time, sold more then I thought. Gave a bunch of stuff away too, so I wouldn't have to put it back in the garage.
I left right about the time when the guitars came out and rainbows.
