Farmers Insurance will have a desert table with a variety of treats.

We are going to bring smoked Keuka Lake trout for an appetizer.

Going to make Venison Shepard's Pie and Asian Lettuce Wraps with Canada Goose for main courses.

Think I am going to do something with these things.

Maybe a perch scampi, worst case scenario if I dont have enough I will do some kind of desert

February 25th is a great date for me.
I can do Bear, Squirrel, or venison! Wife makes a great Squirrel potpie or Squirrel and dumplings.
She also does a mean Venison Stew or Bear meatloaf!

All of those sound great Isaac.my vote is the squirrel or bear for something unique instead of venison.
I'm really glad you can join us again!!

Please put me down for my usual Rabbit Stemperada. Rabbit sautéed in olive oil with rosemary, carrots, olives, celery and white wine.
