This guy is unlucky to contract necrotizing fasciitis, but very luck to live through it with his limbs intact.
I had a unbeknownst chemical burn years ago where the hospital staff thought I had this. Was not a pleasant experience.

Man how many times have ya poked yourself like that out on the saltwater scene. I know i did it plenty when I used to be heavy into surf fishing. Rusty hooks that boot, yikes.
