Excellent! Heck of a start to your season. Gotta love 1st ice...no matter the size of the fish. Always an adrenaline rush to go after that 1st flag!

DSouth.....I'm not looking for location/spot, but did you find 2.5" of safe black ice in CT, MA or somewhere else? Can you give geographic quadrant?.....CT NW?......MA mid Central, etc!

I agree with Craig......seeing that beast cruising to and past the hole while looking at it through 2.5" of black ice must be an awesome sight and feeling! Congrats! What's the NP length or poundage PB your looking to beat this year? I know you've landed MONSTAS last year.
