The only place I know of is next to the Hamburg Cove Yacht Club, but this is a terrible launch. I ended up damaging my Bonedox there. Any other kayak access to the Cove?? Thanks!

Looking at google maps and knowing the area. I think your two best bets are asking Reynolds OR calling Camp Clare and asking for permission.

Thanks for the feedback. Camp Claire would be a great option. I will give it a try. Do you fish the cove? Apparently this is a top spot for white perch..

I think it USED to be a top spot for white perch. Haven't seen a good report from there in years. But maybe it's just been kept quiet lately.

I have launched near the bridge where the start of the cove is, near where the 8 mile river runs in.

The launch by the bridge is dangerous and steep. Be careful, bad time to be going to ER.
