Colebrook Lake Status??

Went to check water level the day before opening day and the gate was locked?? Lake is full but not sure if it's open to fish?? Did not see any stocking reports for it?? Is it open to fishing now and has it been stocked??

State says it was stocked 36 days ago. I don't know if it has been opened yet. The water was up to the parking lot.
