Probably kinda a dumb question but with all the new reflective materials out today Could you get away with Sustituting The Neon green or similar type reflective clothing instead of Blaze orange or is that pretty much set in stone?

No, the statute and regulations specify blaze orange. We've run into the same problem with uniform jackets. All the uniform manufacturers used to make reversible police jackets that were black, blue or green on one side, then reversed to blaze orange with reflective stripes. Now the only thing they sell are black, blue or green jackets that reverse to day glow green. It used to be nice when we had the reversible jackets because we always had our orange with us. Not so much now.
