Hello All,
Is it still okay to use herring specifically caught in Crystal Lake, Ellington, for purposes of fishing in the CT River (assuming, of course, they themselves were caught legally)?
I simply want to double/triple check before harvesting some for bait. I know it would be a matter of proving that's where they came from, etc.
