G3 aluminum V-hull with 9.9 hp outboard and extras, make an offer - 02/23/10 02:08 PM

Posting this one for a friend. Email him at benjamin.toscano@gmail.com to make an offer.

Late 1990s aluminum 12.5 ft. G3 boat for sale. Has bench seats removed and marine grade plywood floors put in. Trailer has been completely redone since pictures were taken (new wheels, tires, bumper). Both boat and trailer are currently registered in CT, trailer has plates and sticker from DMV.

The thing I should stress is that this is not some old hull that was dug out of someones backyard and refinished. This is a genuine G3 aluminum boat from the late 1990s, if you havent heard of these boats they are some of the best aluminums made. This boat is the V12. http://www.g3boats.com/AnglerVSeries/GuideV/#features. The hull is heavy for its size and very well built.

Also, recently serviced late 1990s 9.9 hp outboard (starts on first pull, can test in person), Minn Kota trolling motor, fish finder, completely rigged for electronics, pfds, gas can, custom boat cover for the exact model (fits boat perfectly). Ready to fish.

Please email him at benjamin.toscano@gmail.com to talk price and get more details.

Thanks,

JP

I have always wondered why people add the word cash to their offer. Is that to make it clear that you aren't offering 800 dollars worth of fresh eggs or bags and bags of 5 cent refundable beer cans? What is the alternative to cash in a private party sale?

easier than lugging solid gold chunks to the bank, which on my ENORMOUS musicians salary was the other option...

THIS is my boat I sold about 6-8 years ago. I am pretty sure its a 1999 but I bought it in 2001. Wow brought back memories. I was the fist owner and did the open boat conversion on it. This boat is Solid and I sold it because it was too heavy to skid across the grass to some of my ponds, It is strictly a trailer boat and is quite the fishing platform. Very stable and DEEP sides, you feel very safe in it. its bacically a 14' G3 that was built with 2 feet taken off the back. I think it is rated for a 20 hp if you want to get up and go with it.

it has solid foam fill floatation under the deck. I think I still have one of the bench seats in my garage attic.

I sold it to a guy in Wolcott and he and his son used it on a local fresh water pond in waterbury- Schovels I think.
