Chanterelles near home

After the rain took a quick little hike with the children looking for mushrooms found a quite a few patches of chanterelles, was able to get a 1 gallon bag cook them up with steak last night.

also found a fresh King Bolete this morning and eating with steak and eggs.

Outstanding!!

Nice job. I only know honey and chicken of the woods and enjoy them.
