Barbie Rod Division in Big Doug's Tournament - Need Advice

I'm participating in Big Doug's Memorial Saltwater Shootout this year. I will be in thr Barbie Rod division. I'm new to the Barbie-Rod game, so I need some advice.

Never heard of that tourney. Are there rules for the Barbie Rod division?

Fished it last year (1st year of tourney). Ended up winning biggest blue, and guys on my boat place in the money for bass and fluke. I think proceeds go to feed the hungry at a food bank. Good food and drink after along with a great raffle. Cant wait for it this year, great excuse to not go home for a few days..
