Box of Lures Found

Went out to the Race and if it wasn't for one short porgy it would have been a complete skunk. On the way in I saw something and stopped thinking it was another balloon. I had picked up two on the way out. It was a box of lures I would like to get it back to the owner.
So if you lost a box of lures off of Fisher's Island and can identify it I will get it back to you.
