Re: NRA Boycott list - 03/18/18 11:00 PM

I cancelled a 1 week rental I had with Enterprise and let them know why.

Then I rebooked with Thrifty and let them know why.

NRA members are from all walks of life and we speak with our wallets.

Re: NRA Boycott list - 03/20/18 01:34 PM

Well I was so pissed off by all of this BS. I for the first time joined NRA. Also told them to keep the magazine and gift. Maybe I should email them and tell them to send my magazines to Chris Murphy's office. Heck, maybe I should sign him (Murphy)up for a year membership. Idiots would probably take it the wrong way and I'd get arrested or something.

Lot of new N R A members. My best friends high school aged daughter just joined the NRA and refused to participate in the political walk out.

Re: NRA Boycott list - 03/25/18 07:28 PM

Well i dont have to tell anyone that i agree with everything the NRA does, they need to make concessions in the political atmosphere these days. But what we as responsible gun owners do not need is 15 / 17 year old kids (and they went through hell) telling us we need to change our lives and our perspective on evil...hello,sorry ..it exists.a armed teacher etc. Could have ended that terrible situation possibly.there are other gun right organizations out there that need our support as well, the NAGR comes to mind. We as NRA members obviously need thick skin.we as legitimate and safe gun owners have become scapegoats.there are tons of socialogical reasons for this.look at falling hunting license sales, to many kids living in homes with no hunting parents, twinkie suburban meat eaters who have never seen let alone killed something for dinner.never once had to defend their home or family....get a clue...this is not utopia....snowflakes...

Re: NRA Boycott list - 03/25/18 07:55 PM

Thankyou ...all of you for your input. There is a scary scenario floating around about how to determine " mental fitness" as would be related to your YOU /ME ability to own a gun.many psycholigists openly admit this would be speculative at best.a incredibly disturbing paper came out in 2013 by a respected neurophysicist name:kathleen taylor, doctorate at oxford university, stated"religous fundamental beliefs " are a indication of mental and cognitive deficiencies.if our elected officials or apointed judges begin to use such theoretical papers as precedent...we are in deep #*&!.basically she said, you believe in God...you are nuts...no guns for you buckwheat.

Re: NRA Boycott list - 03/26/18 07:31 AM

Why do you think Godless Communists killed millions!

Who do you think Godless Communists killed!

Atheist commies and socialists have killed more than ANY group on earth.

If they had the power these American commies would kill to take away OUR freedom of religion and speech.

In America, we have the God given right to protect ourselves from tyranny.

In fact we as Americans have the DUTY and RESPONSIBILITY to uphold the Constitution!

Any attack on the 2nd Amendment is an attack on the Constitution.

Pol Pot (after America pulled out of Vietnam) killed 5 million
Hitler (Socialist ) killed at least 10 million
Stalin killed at least 20 million
Mao killed so many (75-100 million) they are not even sure

Roll call of top Atheist Commies and Socialist!

Football fans won't care. I was always amazed that Eagles fans would have continued to be fans despite their QB being a convicted animal abuser.

Kraft just did this to "save face". We ALL know how much "questionable" issues go on with them & the NFL.

Probably a tax/business write off of some kind.

Which would just go along with business as usual for them... (Per example... remember when "The Move" to Hartford they were supposed to do? Well I know some people who put down $3500.00 each towards season tickets back then... and still DID NOT RECEIVE THEIR MONEY BACK!!!) Yeah, the G.O.A.T(s) =Greatest Of All Thieves. (Tricksters,Turds,Tools,Traitors etc...)

On Nov. 19, 1998, the deal was signed. The Patriots were moving and Hartford was back in the professional sports business.

Hartford/Patriots Deal?

Two faced back stabber/creep.
Yet some CT. residents still support them?

Who dropped their Bank of America relationships because they are choosing what companies they will or won’t offer financing for based on the products they sell?

How about the AstroTurf not holding a NRA event because of protestor at the last one. They been doing it there for twenty years.

poor decision.

The Aquaturf has a PAID reliable customer with a history and relationship, and they turn their back on them for what? Prospective customers who will likely not marry, never put a dime in the place, and couldnt afford the place to begin with?

The kind of people who protest thee things would NEVER have dropped money into the aquaturf, or any other establishment like it. Mostly rich, older white super liberals with nothing else to do and younger people on their way to a useless communications degree or an $80K english major.

I watched this occur a few saturdays ago in East Haddam. Pointless, and useless, contributing nothing towards the things they want to do.

poor business decision.

The place that holds the rally in East haddam makes the same mistake. Not one of those protesters each saturday buys a damn thing. They show up, mooch, and bring their own starbucks coffee... and that business makes nothing while the protesters accomplish nothing.

brilliance!

We also don't know exactly what the full considerations of this business decision were. We know that is was stated that "both sides mutually agreed to move the function elsewhere."
