got a late start arrived about 9 am. trolled for trout until noon without a single hit.
i've trolled this lake before for trout and don't seem to get onto them there very well. marked a lot fish at 21-25 ft.
so i started bass fishing with a senko worm baby bass color. landed about 20-25 bass most were small to barely keeper size.
largest fish of the day was a smallie 17-1/2". landed 3 smallies the rest were largemouths.
fished the shoreline no more than 10 ft deep. most fish were in 2-5 ft. best action was on the west shore and near fallen trees.
quit about 4pm.
