Just got back from Salmon River, It didn't rain! \:\) Me and my buddy Kev were going to Squantz after work, but the thunder storms look pretty mean in that part of the state so we ditched that idea, dropped the boat and did some stream fishing.

We started fishing at 6:45PM way up stream, and hooked up right away with nice rainbows, I moved down steam, and caught 5 brookies in one hole biggest just 13 inches, and in the next hole caught 4 more brookies all 11-12 inchers. at 8PM I came back to where we parked the truck and finished the night with a 14 inch brown.

Kev did equally as well, his biggest catch was this: he had dropped his fishing licence in the stream , and couldn't find it, after looking for sometime, he gave up, awhile after that way way down stream, it just showed up floating right beside him!
we couldn't believe it!!! \:D

I took home one brookie, and kev a rainbow! all other fish were released. I was told by a local who said he was there today when they stocked! \:\)

All caught on minnows

I miss my Uncle Lewie....However;
I know he's with me on every fishing trip.

I didn't take any pics at salmon river...Sorry,...

I fell on the bolders and wacked my elbow, I thought I broke my arm! \:o I sat there for like 10 mins in pure pain. All I could think of was, " How am I going to steer the boat tomorrow with a cast on?" But this Am is was, well not fine but I could steer the boat!
