Hit Gardner lake on tuesday with a friend. Launched at about 4:30 pm. While waiting for my buddy to park the trailer, the chop was so bad it was coming over the side of the boat.
We zipped to a flat we planned on drifting. We spent most of the time there and caught a bunch of (about 2 pounds), a (about 2 pounds), a 15 inch and a and I think we would have fished for the cycle on Gardners!! Wind and rain were tough, but the fishing was great!

Nice job!!! Sounds like a good trip. We have a summer place on Gardners but I keep my boat there year round. I am still amazed at the number of population that are a blast just before dark in the summer months before all the crazies(water-skiers) get in full swing.
