What a difference from last Sunday. The water was still high but fishable. I fished a stretch of river in Woodbury and I caught two brookies and one small 8" rainbow. Didn't see anyone else fishing, and it was a beautiful morning to be on the river. Looks like the DEP hasn't restocked the river yet.
