An absolute beast of a river smallmouth, was 1 of 14 fish today.
I estimated her at 5 - 5 1/2 lbs, (scale in the boat), 21” long and super thick. She ate a soft jerk bait.

That is a true GIANT, congrats.
14 fish from the Ct. River is more than I have caught in all my trips there.
