Shrimp & Scallop Scampi

I threw together a shrimp and scallop scampi over wheat rotini with asparagus, cauliflower, brussell sprouts and lots of fresh garlic.

Butter, lemon juice, white wine, crushed red pepper and romano cheese pulled it all together.

A tasty dinner for sure!
